with professional cameras becoming more complicated an ethernet or wireless internet connection that could send all camera setup details to tech support so that a problem can be fixed more quickly and efficiently.
 
I want a good warranty too. More than one year. And trained technicians. I wonder if tech support will be done by guys in India. I hope there is tech support. Maybe we can call Jannard whenever our cameras have a problem. :P Jannard, are you listening? :P
