Interlacing problems...

I just rendered a small clip from Vegas and when I open it in Windows Media Player, it looks fine. When I upload to Vimeo, I see interlacing problems. I think I found the problem to this. Anytime I do any color correction or "added effects" to my videos using Vegas, I get the interlacing problem. Why is this?
 
Make sure your project settings are set to progressive as well as whatever codec you render to is set to progressive... What settings did you film at (i.e. 60i 30p 24p)?
 
you can fix the interlacing by de-interlacing the video on export. Flash video HATES interlaced video. im not sure how to do that in Vegas, never used it.
