C300: Interesting shoot: mind programming

Recently I did an interesting shoot. I was asked by a company to do a short promotion video highlighting the problem of exam phobia and stress and the send the message about mind programming. This was for a company which is funded NSDC(National Skill Development Corporation). The brief was to show the child all the times in the initial part. The initial few dialogues between mother and child is primarily in english, with a few hindi as well.

At around 1.30 mins you will find the guy using his mind to bend a steel spoon using just the thumb of his left hand. Later I tried on my own and couldn't bend the spoon with single hand. Then he did some mind exercises to relax me and after a few minutes I too could bend it. That coach told me that our mind places enormous hurdles on our own path. So we don't believe that we can do certain things and give up easily. I hope to do a full day class with him to learn. Atleast I can then manage hauling a lot of equipment like a mule without much of issues and still be able to shoot. :) Sharing it here.

I am sure some of you guys who have been shooting for several decades may have had some special experiences. Would love to hear.

Those wo are familiar with yog(a) (classical yog(a), not only the body exercises which are popular in the West) know that a human being can do anything; the list is long and mind blowing. Personally I find no use in bending metals.
