Duh....didn't see that.
I like it although it's a little too dark for my taste, particularly the latter half.
I love the word ****. I'm not allowed to say CUNT; says my wife. Unless Im referring to my sister-in-law whereas its okay. She trancsends ***** by leaps and bounds.
It's called a "tangent." And it is rude. Sorry. But it's a natural phenomenon in most comfortable venues (when you're among frineds) to talk about a variety of topics within a short time. Especially when everyone is happy to be doing what they love. The words flow like wine (or in my case, grape juice). It's the energy and passion that makes us rude
... i watched it without sound -and i thought it was too dark., there should be at least one thing in the scene thats properly exposed. ... maybe it was and it was corrected too dark? .. anyway a dont be afraid to use more light.. even if you want it to look dark in the end.
...as to the whole language thing. ...the pen is like a sword, and the tounge is also like a sword. people may react if you cut something in an unscripted swift controlled movement or passionate moment, but they will only shake their heads at someone juvenilely swinging either around wildly or without restraint.
..now again i watched the clip without sound so im not commenting on the posted clip at all, but just on the flippant use of strong language in general.
looks cool, Great images... Reminds me of the ring, which I loved. I think if you add just a touch of brightness in the last two shots it would be awesome. What lights did you use? ;D, what kind of setup?
I tripped over a soapbox hit my head on a tangent and slipped my woody into your mother's ****.
Haha, you guys are hilarious. I really really loved the soft black diffusion look in the still. I also thought it was a bit shaky and rushed in the later half of the clip though.
Maybe you had planned to start off more static and progress to more zooming and camera moves. Wish it was bigger so I can see more.

We've taken all the power from these POWER words, so they no longer express or release our anger and emotions.
Language is the weakest link in communication. F-Bombs may be offensive to some and everyday speak to others. It's all subjective.
I do understand your point here. Take comfort in the fact that of of production value bullet points, crappy writing (especially the awkwardly placed and overly abundant use of curse words) is easy to spot for most. All the award winning cinematography or high end equipment can't overcome "shitty" writing. Yet...many will keep slugging away.
I have seen a decent amount of student films from USC, many are riddled with trite cliche writing...chock full of F-Bombs.

im looking into getting a sennheiser after i buy a tripod with a 501
I hear you -- my gear wish list never shrinks. If you're just screwing around indoors, the stock mic really isn't so horrible.
Hey Aaron...I was going to answer this a couple of nights ago but got hideously sidetracked. You have come a long way my freind and are getting better all the time. You are a tenatious poster but it's cool cos we get to watch you grow. Keep it up dude!!!
