Inglorious Basterds !!!!!!!!!!!

I liked this movie the first time I saw t, back when it was called "dirty dozen"

Read the script Hans; nothing at all like the dirty dozen.

Perhaps only the concept of the Basterds themselves. The plot ? The story ? The Characters ?

Nothing at all like it.

-

It's more like taking the characters from The Magnificent Seven and inserting them into The Unforgiven.

Jeez, I hope that makes sense.

Read the script;

At first, I thought it was a joke. Hand written cover page and such.

then, the further I got into it, and the more people talked without conflict, or anything happening besides POINTLESS exposition, I started to think it might be genuine.

If QT did write that, he apparently has english skills FAR below high school senior level, and the story telling maturity of a 14 year old.

No wonder it took so long to get made.

Hmmm

Torn on this one but it seems gimmicky. He had me laughing in Deathproof with his BJ and the BEAR and Smoker Ace remarks, but I was not hoping Tarintino would go down this route.

A least he's casting a German actor for The Jew Hunter. I'm hoping he changes his mind about Brad Pitt as Aldo Raine...Especially if the name is a nod to Aldo Ray, who looks like this--

--and had a voice like gravel. Brad's not the first name that comes to mind when thinking of a hillbilly commando.
