Inexpensive carry-on bag recommendations?

Just like the title says. What do you use, and like, that can accommodate the AF100 with a standard lens (and perhaps maybe even follow focus)?

My Vera Bradley Bag works pretty nicely too. Of course the guys might look at you differently as they did Barry in SLC a couple years ago when I asked him to carry it for me. ;-)

When this bag outlived its original purpose, it became my grab-it-and-run bag (insert your own joke here), and it actually works great. This model isn't available anymore, but a similar one will no doubt do the trick.

I've got the Eddie-Bauer bag in forrest green, but it doesn't have the zip out changing mat, cool feature. My wife was cool enough to buy one that I would carry. It has long since finished its original duty, but I never thought to convert to camera duty, good call.

Here's a quick picture of the AF in the slingshot 100 AW. This is pretty much the smallest bag I would use to carry the camera in stealth mode. There's a pocket on the outside to pack a charger and the triangle pocket can carry more lenses or a follow focus. Inside there is room for 2 small lenses or a 1 medium lens.

I use this http://www.thinktankphoto.com/products/airport-acceleration-backpack.aspx it carries the AF100, Baseplate, 12" rods. Genus matte box, follow focus, Nikon D7000 (or Lumix GH2body, two lens adapters and 4 lenses. And it's not that heavy.
