Indisystem studio 4 products

I've called, emailed, lodged a PayPal complaint, everything to try and get a response. It's been 4 months now, this mythical 'Tim' creature has taken my money and ran.
 
Tried e-mail and calling all day for a couple days now. Tim seems to be MIA.
Anyone else hear from him?
Anyone else receive an order from him recently?
 
I placed an order three weeks ago. "yes, everything is in stock". Yet no ship. Called several times. Got runaround. Promised this Thursday. Still no shipping confirmation. Gave him benefit of the doubt. Don't fail me Tim!!!
 
I managed to get him through PHONE after a few unsuccessful trials through Skype. Thinking of ordering side flags for my Mattebox (bought secondhand from DVXUSER member). Have not made the commitment yet though....
 
I've had great experiences with Tim and got my stuff shipped very quickly. A counterweight didn't get sent with my package and it was there the next day. I ordered an ULTRAcompact and indiMATTEpro - shipped within two days last week. Counterweight and 18" rods (because the 12" rods were too short for my purposes) were there the next day.

I've had no luck when emailing him, so I just call him and he usually is very responsive. Keep calling until you get through and he'll fulfill the order no problem.

Got my slider after hounding him with two weeks of late night phone calls and messages. When I finally got onto Tim it was sent off straight away. Only 5 months late. Not happy, but glad the BS is over.
 
Good news.... Got through to him Yesterday morning. He explained about how the gearboxes come from the UK and they are behind. Told him I was hoping to get it for a job on Monday and he said he'd ship it right out. Just checked and it says "Shipped" on his site so hopefully I'll have it by Friday.
 
I too finally reached him today. Said that the gearboxes were in transit. Said they would ship Friday.
 
Yep.. same here. I did tell Tim that I was going to be out of town on Monday, he said he'd get it to me by today or Saturday.

I sure hope he paid for Saturday delivery, otherwise it'll be sitting on my porch for a week.
The FeDex tracking says June 1...

Hopefully I can pick it up from the distribution center tomorrow. Anyone lucky enough to have done that?
 
Your circumstances warrant a call to fedex. Wait till it shows up on thei site at the distribution center. I know that once it is there you can change where it is to be delivered, if at least somewhere that can accept it for you or delay delivery until your return. My $.02
 
I know sometimes if you can reach the distribution center, they will hold it for pickup.. If they are there tomorrow I can go get it there. I was hoping to have it before my trip on Monday.

Considering that this thread has been dormant for almost a year...

On a personal note, I ordered an UltraCompact and indiFocus mini from him back in October. His assistant answered the phone when I called, the order shipped immediately, and everything was dandy. There was a mismatch in the stuff that was packed, and he overnighted the replacement to me at no cost. This was not my first experience with Tim's shop, and it certainly won't be the last. I've never had an issue ordering from him, and have only had communication lag once or twice... and that was only for a day or two while things were in transit or after they were delivered.
