SHORT: Inanimate objects as protagonists?

[HeyAndy]

Does anyone know any other film where an inanimate object is the protagonist? For example http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F7Vc4WeZQ38

I'm kind of intrigued how this concept works.

Thanks.

I imagine the guy in American Beauty has many videos like this one. Him and his beautiful plastic bag. ha.

It is pretty intriguing.

There's a film on netflix at the moment called Rubber where the main character is a rubber tyre

but the tyre is not really the protagonist. Still it might give you some ideas. It was shot on a canon DSLR and there
is a thread somewhere on dvxuser about it

Actually here is a good plastic bag movie by Ramin Bahrani and narrated by Werner Herzog
