Okay, it looks like the deal is done. And I am going to be working 8 days a week. There in......... wait for it......... Idaho. Going to have total control over a National Historic building, building the recording studio and radio station in it, and establishing a music store a block over to support the charity. And the film festival idea has been green-lit. We have room to seat 500 people upstairs in the hall. And one of the partners personally knows the founder of SXSW.

City council meetings, Chamber meetings on our behalf also in my purview. The town is thrilled this is happening, and opening their arms to us. Smallish town, current population about 5-6000.

Could be up there within a month. My God, moving somewhere that actually has 4 seasons. Good hunting. Great fishing. No smog. Mountains. Snow every winter. Able to own real "toys". PCF fire department. Become a film-maker in the truest form. Support the industry in a way I never thought possible.

Priceless.

Hadn't you gone back to being a paramedic? The new gig sounds like, as you (and the Beatles) said, 8 days a week.

Couldn't get the money together to go back to school to re-cert. Sucks. I did re-do my FA/CPR/AED Instructor cards, though

I am going to have to leave this thread for awhile........some other stuff has come into play. Something out of the blue, as it were. People are wanting me to stay here, and doing unheard of things for me to make it happen. Stuff that makes my jaw drop.

I am humbled and a bit emotional right now.
