GH13 Importing/Exporting/Rendering

I shot a music video and I'm wondering what would be the optimal choice for best quality for like youtube/vimeo? Normally I transfer via Windows plug n play into the video folder then pull the files into Vegas or import into premiere. Last time I rendered in WMV on Vegas for the net it looked bad, the text looked kind of aliased, I was overall displeased.

Sorry if this question has been asked a lot but I don't know exactly what to search for.

you can try importing/converting it into .mp4 format, converting it to .wmv isnt the right way if you're looking at best quality at low file size.

transcode the raw avchd to something less compressed like Avid DNxHD to edit with (Vegas should be able to edit raw avchd), render your master in a similar low-compression format, then you can convert that to a 10Mbps mp4 for 720p HD YouTube upload. YouTube likes mp4.
