C300: import MXF and vort to MOV fromC300mk2

when I import my MXF from my C300m2, I allways encode it to 422 proress mov files, because I think it is a lot editfriendlier,
what are youre experiences?

btw , I edit in premiere on a 6 core macPro 2 x D700 (el Capitan)

I do the same. Does anyone know of a way to rewrap to mov like we could with the C300 Mk I with the FCP7 plugin?

All good if you are natively shooting 422 but obviously not desirable if you want to utilise the power of 2k 12 bit 444 in the edit.

I don't transcode at all. I edit the MXF files natively in both Premiere and DaVinci.

I try to transcode as few times as possible to avoid degradation.
