When I saw that original Surface Ad I rolled my eyes so hard that I burned my cornea.

I wish car companies would advertise like this... instead of calling them concept cars just pretend like there's a warehouse of 'em waiting to hit the streets.

The limit appears to be the internet connection, but even the way it streams, you can get started and the higher quality fill update as fast as your connection will allow ... looks like wavelet compression in use there.

i don't think the mock is aimed towards the technology...but towards the ad. The commercial is A LOT like the IPHONE commerical...and how overblown the commericals are...over the top ads that think they are so sexy..."oh lookie what i can do?"...and its using shots that parralell the IPHONE commercial shots...pulling the photo here, draggin it there, etc.

odd they chose to use Microsoft instead of Apple in the ad but in my opion, the spoof was directed towards the overly-cocky-colorful ads...in my opinion...
