Image Stabilization Problem

Is there a button or menu setting that can turn image stabilization off, other than directly on the lens?

IS has stopped working on all of my IS lenses and I can't figure out why?

I tried that. The Autofocus is working so I know at least a part of it works?

In video mode, the IS is always active. In photo modes, the IS is only activated when you press the shutter button half way.

At least, I think...

Maybe you have it in photo mode?

I tried it with the four IS lenses I have, non of them work. Thats why I suspect the body and was wondering if there might be some esoteric menu entry somewhere.

It doesn't appear to be the case, so I guess I'll have to send it in for servicing.

When I turn off the IS button on the lens, IS is deactivated for me in Video (and still) mode.

Which camera are you using?

I have only used 7d and t2i and aFAIK there is not Image Stabilization in any of the menus.
