hey guys, I'm kinda new to all of this, i just bought the dvx100b like a week ago, and i'm having some problems with the images I'm getting. Forgive my ignorance, but you guys tell me how you guys get your images to look so good. Like maybe give me steps on from pressing the record button to clicking play on your dvd player. What's the best workflow to use for someone using a stock DVX100b and FCP with Magic Bullet. Things like the right setting on your camera to the capture settings on FCP, etc. This fourm has so much information on it, I don't know where to start. Thanks.

This is probably the single most hardest question to answer. It's like asking a photographer how to take a beautiful picture. The tools can only go so far. Seriously, pick up a couple books on the subject...the dvx book which you can purchase on here. It will go into everything you need to know about your new love. I asked the same question when I first got my DVX and I was told the same thing I am telling you. After buying the book and dvd, which I later sold to a fellow user in Spain, I know my camera inside and out. It's a great resource.
