C100: Image goes green at certain ISO after DAF upgrade

Anyone had a problem since their DAF upgrade. When shooting on WDR my image goes all green and dark when I goto 5000 ISO but below this the image is just fine.

But weirdly when Im on any of the other picture profiles the same thing happens at 1600 ISO. Im taking it into Canon tomorrow but I Wanted to check its not a known issue before they rip it apart.
 
I have not seen this, neither on my older C100 that was upgraded to DPAF nor on my newer C100 that came with DPAF already installed.
