FS7: Idiotic lens vintage Nikkor 200-600 f9.5

I need to mount something similar - 300mm f2.8 lens on a FS7, what tripod bracket/mount did you use
so the 300mm tripod and FS7 can be on the same tripod plane?
 
I use a metal plate that is thin but strong. Primitive but effective.

Tripod is old Manfrotto with 100mm bowl. Don't expect smooth panning and tilting. Touching the on/off switch makes the whole lot shaking with this lens.

Camera Lens and tripod weighting 16 kilo (that is a lot of pounds).

I can't publish all the things I filmed due to legal and 18+ audience matters. But didn't you notice the naked woman at 1.01?
