Wow, you must have a ton I didn't have. Here are some titles you can use for some of those you just listed
-Diving Bell and the Butterfly
-Last King of Scotland
-Moulin Rouge
-Zodiac

I can't figure out the guy on the stretcher with the red cross, or the fighting cheerleaders, or the men with the children, or the anchor with the iron or the giant milk carton next to the chocolate or the sign that has the broken man X-ed out or the large bird with the flower or the dragon eating the red car or the person swimming with the sharks or the two green dad signs or the two instruments

1. forget him ... what's he held up by?
2. he's not dead ... just sick
3. what are those? then look at the side of the van
4. what color is the sign?
5. trickier ... those are only men on that sign
6. what are the cars doing?
