I'd like multiple opinions please. Making 16x9 dvd on Mac

I am having some trouble making 16x9 dvds using my Mac, I'd like to know the process some of you guys use to make the best dvd possible start with the finished sequence to creating the dvd using iDVD. Thanks in advance.
 
Check the reply in your other post... Also, do a search, I have personally replied to this topic a a couple of occasions.
