IBIS... not so good

got 3pl1 for wifey, and it looked really cute with pancake. photo IBIS really worked at low 1/8s. but video IBIS wasnt that great. i stood still and took stabilized handheld panning footage but failed to stabilize video while walking, jumping, running. actually very little difference in doing the same thing with gh13. also the camera got very warm. cant use IBIS for long footage. maybe panny's ILIS is the right choice. anyone knows whether sony nex3/5 has similar IBIS overheating issue?

E-PL1 doesn't use IBIS at all when shooting video. You only have digital IS in video mode.

thanks. it was overheating and wifey doesnt like it so i was gonna exchange it to lx5 anyways. lx5 does ILIS on both stills and videos. hopefully she likes it.
