I shot a doc. recently in what i thought was 720/24p, but now when I cntrl click my clips and check the format in the FCP timeline, it says 720p60.. And my sequence settings are 720,24p. And my sound is good and in sync. So does that mean I definitely without a doubt shot in 720/60? Or could it be possible that in the capture settings I didn't choose 720/24p? I also tried to export to quicktime in 72024p, but it kept reverting to a 720p60 quicktime??

I shot slomo, I shot, regular, I shot speeded up. Than I shot stuff that said on the screen 720/24p... so is there also a way to tell what was shot in what format?

I like the way my stuff looks, but I need to know, because I am going to reshoot some stuff and i want it to match... Please Help ...Asap.

That is normal- FCP reports the codec as 720p60 regardless of the actual frame rate. If your sequence setting is 23.98 and the clips frame rates in the browser are 23.98 you are fine.

so if i check several clips in the timeline, if i shot some in 720/24/ and some in 720/60, will clips have different freme rates? Or does FCP, put it all in one frame rate.
