Hello Community!

I am a new filmmaker and just made a couple big purchases but since i didn't go to school for videography (I went to be an editor) I really didn't get a chance to learn much about cameras, just enough to learn the basics.

I purchased a fully loaded Mac Pro, and when I say fully loaded, I mean:

16GB Ram
3TB hard disk space
FCS2
and so on....(if you want to know, just goto the apple store and put everything on it minus the RAID server.

I also recently bought a HVX-200 with the 16GB P2 Cards.

Here comes my problem...every time I plug in my P2 cards via USB 2.0 from my AJ-PCS060G and my Mac is telling me that "The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer"

I would really like to start to edit the things I am shooting but I can't transfer them to FCP but this is a huge brick wall.

Please help, any direction would be greatly appreciated!!!!

You need to switch the P2 Store from PC mode to Mac mode. I think it's in the manual came with the P2 store or can be found on the Panasonic site or here at this forum.

Ok I'm lost.

First I tried what Jim Carswell said and there was nothing in my manual for the P2 and I couldn't find it on Panasonic's site.

Second, I went to go and install the latest P2 Store Driver for my Mac and it goes right to a 404 error page.

Any other ideas?
