There's no way to tell.

The dynamic range is not very great on this footage so it could be ANY decent camera.

Also - it has been HEAVILY post-processed for that stylized look. Probably using a film LUT like FilmConvert or one of the others.

The fact that the footage has a relatively low dynamic range just means that we can't rule out any camera as our guess for what it was shot on.

Agreed. Hipster Hell. I especially like the customized log wrapping paper.

What I like too is how well they expose the standardized formula for mini-feature pieces now. Which are really just promo spots.

One day this will be like those docs from the 70's where you see a guy in a beige turtleneck sweater in his university office, talking at his cluttered desk with his many book shelves behind. "The intellectual take." Remember that?

They nailed it indeed.
They destroyed it actually.
This should be distributed to shooters as an instructional on what NOT TO MAKE.

I think they could have dialed back the silliness a lot though. The shots of the tiny clippers trimming off a splinter, etc...
If they kept it totally straight like the first few moments they would have had a VICIOUS piece of satire on their hands.
But then they also may have been flooded with inquiries by people trying to buy the stuff! LOL!
