I'm a bit frustrated and wanted to know what other people's situation is right now. I read the post not far below this one, but my situation is a bit different:
I DID send the original invoice to Panasonic over four weeks ago and just TWO DAYS ago got that message from Veronica Burks saying they were still waiting and that I could fax it. Now the problem for me is what the hell do I send them? That was the original invoice because I spoke to someone at Pannasonic who said they had to have the original, not a copy. Why I couldn;t fax a copy before, but can now is a bit bewildering. I've tried to contact them, but still haven't heard back. Anyone else have this. I'm thinking I could get another form from the vendor????
