GH3 I just got a GH3! Excited!!! Which settings are the best?

And regarding not liking over sharpened images, here's a link to my first test with the GH3 the day I got it.
Someone sent me a Vimeo shout today and I hadn't seen it in a long time, and was still impressed with how sharp it was.
It has -4 sharpening in camera and 1. in FCPX.

I watched your video on the crap computer at work, but it still looks quite good! Does it have more detail because you dialed down the noise reduction to -5? I haven't tried reducing the NR yet. I usually shoot at low ISOs, like 200 or 400... If I reduce NR to -5 and I encounter noise, can I clean it up in FCP, or do I need to purchase noise reduction software?

Update: I just watched your video again at home on my MacBook. Super nice work!
Update 2: I just shot a few clips at 200 and 400 ISO with NR at -5 and I don't see any additional noise whatsover. On the other hand, I don't see any more detail...
