Hello, im have just the money for ge GH2 with de 14 - 42 lens, can anybody tell me whats distance can this lens cover. i mean, how close and how far can i focus the subjet.

14 is very wide, 42 is pretty "normal", if there is such a thing...

Do you mean how close and how far at the same time without changing focus? As in "depth of field" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Depth_of_field ?

If so, that is difficult to answer because there are so many variables.
