C300: I am in big trouble with C300 Mark 2

Hello, like I said on the title I'm in big trouble with my C300 Mark 2. I have a Sandisk Extreme Pro 128 GB and it seems I can't record anything. On the top of the screen I can see STBY and then when I push Start button to record it turn to REC, the timecode is running but nothing on the card. And I just saw that even without the CFast card the time code is running when I push start button! With or without card inside the camera the "A" on the top left is red like there was no CFast... I am very disapointed. I am on firmware 1.0.1.1.00. Please help!

PS: The message "check the data on CFast A initalizing the card is also recommanded" appear when I turn the camera on.

So did you format the card in-camera as the message says to do? You didn't mention doing so, so that seems like the obvious solution.


Some options to try...
Try a different card.

Turn the camera on and off.

Try to record from the proxy card.

Try a factory reset.
