hx9 sony...can we change from 50 to 60 fps ?

Hello, is it possible to "switch" from "PAL" to "NTSC" with the HX9 via firmware or menus ? I mean, in Europe, you can find the 50 fps version, not 60fps. To do ultra slo-mo (with additional softwares), an extra 10 fps would be a plus.

The 7D for example, allows that via menus, and I was wondering if it was the same for this Sony cam.
