HVX200A return policy?

I am thinking of purchasing a hvx200A. And I am thinking of purchasing it from b and h photo video in new york. I currently shoot with the hvx200. Just out of curiosity say i am not blown away with the difference between the 200 and the 200a can i return it? I checked their website but its not very detailed on the return policy of a hvx. The closes i saw was they refer to photo cameras and they could only show a certain amount on the meter.
 
Yeah but say you use it to shoot some stuff. Say you shoot a couple of hours on it. Will they take it back?
 
Items with timers must show less than 120 minutes of use. Items with shutter counters must show less than 200 exposures.

as stated in the above link... might want to break down and call them if you are that concerned about it.
