A friend is interested in buying my HVX200 (100 hours of use), excellent condition, together with my two 16GB p2 cards. What is a reasonable price to ask for?

Because that isn't much.

16 GB cards go about $800 used.

Cam with that amount of hours about $4k.

idk if this helps but i bought an hvx with 131 hours of use on it with a 8 gig for 3900.
Soo i would say close to 5 or a lil over 5
