so I was google'n some other gear when I came across this site

the Panasonic AG-HVX200 going for $3,799.00 new???????

but i just bought my HVX at B&H about 2 weeks ago for some $6000 with the taxes.

Is this for real??????

No it's not real. It's a scam that has been discussed many many many times on this and other forums, run a search and you will find many a sad and scary story.

B&H is overpriced....sorry guys....but they are. They may be good and everything but I'll take my chances elsewhere for a cheaper price.

The cheapest legit place I have ever found is Beachcamera.com I got my DVX from them and even got my rebate, but they are the lowest legit vendor around. If you try and buy from a different place, you will get scammed one way or another.

I've known of some very good deals on ebay. Including one place selling for just under $4900.
