As I stated, I've not experienced or seen the jitter. If you don't, then there is no reason to be concerned.
As I told you, you can buy a 24pin dual link DVI to HDMI adapter. You need the 24pin duallink DVI to HDMI adapter, not the 18 pin. It will not carry audio
