Hi everyone,
I'm about to start preproduction on a TV series shooting for about 20 weeks. What workflow do you recommend for archiving footage shot with the HVX? I'll probably be using 16gb cards and dumping onto an external drive using P2 genie and taking the footage to post. I need suggestions on how to archive the "masters" after those episodes are edited. I'm thinking of using Sony XDCAM discs, especially once they release the 50GB dual layer discs.
