I bought a 16 gig card and duel adapter from Steve. Let me just say that he shipped them prompty and they arrived today (I missed the damn fedex guy yesterday).

I tested both and they both work as expected.

I also must say he packaged them extremely well. In static bags, peanuts and foam. I was especially appreciative of this because I recently purchased a macbook pro off ebay and it was literally packaged in some tissue paper and a few peanuts. Fortunately it wasn't damaged, but I was shocked someone would package a computer so poorly.

damn, i want me an hvx.

Curious, what is the current "upgrade" from hvx? Might it be a RED? Cause i can't think for the price what else would be worth an upgrade?

Only upgrade from HVX that I see is a Panny500. P2 cards are the key, tho the 500 is about $11K. Anybody looking for strict pro video level can afford it.

I have an HVX, damn fine cam, can't beat it. My school just made the mistake of buying 30 Canons and it was a huge mistake.
