Need Premiere Pro workflow! Help!

I will be shooting most in 1080/24PA format and some in 720/24pn.
Footage will be stored in Firestore FS-100 and transfered to PC with DeckLink Nultibridge Extreme and Premiere Pro 2. Blackmagic Multibridge doesn't support DVCPRO HD yet. Cineform Aspect HD doesn't support Decklink cards as well. I did not tryied yet RayLight.

Any one have some workflow tips?

Thanks.
