HVX/MacBook Pro Issue

I recently got an HVX and the duel adapter so I can use it with my MacBook Pro. I am running OS X version 10.4.10. I have installed what I believe are all of the necessary adapters. When I plug the P2 Card into the computer, I don't seem to be able to access the footage anywhere. I can tell by the icon at the top of the monitor that my computer recognizes the P2 card, but the only option it gives me is to power off the card.

I'm probably doing something completely stupid and this is probably pretty simple, I just really have no idea what I'm missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

The card should show up in the Finder and the clips be listed in FCP's Log & Transfer window. Have you tried P2CMS?

kyle, did you install the p2 drivers from pannasonic? it sounds like those aren't installed.
