What's it looking like out there? Two friends of mine are looking to buy some this week - Does Barbara still have that great deal going at AVS?

Cam is $5995 with a $100 discount for each P2 card purchased with package.

This is in addition to the promotion we're offering:

Choice of
FREE UPS Ground Shipping
-or-
FREE IPOD Shuffle
-or-
FREE HVX Book by Barry Green (when released)

Ouch... no discount at all for the cam? I don't even need/want a P2 right now anyway. Is there anyone else with stock that is more in the $5300-5400 range?

I purchased from a regional dealer in Portland.

Professional Video and Tape. Dave Spraker is the man!

We paid $5,795. Thats a good 400-500 more, but their support and customer service has already more than made up for that extra cost.

I first got the tip from Barry, and after calling around saw that they by FAR had the best price (and for the most part NO tax) and service around. I have gotten everything from them - Cartoni Focus 102, HVX, P2 cards and more, and everything has always been available. I got my HVX in February in under 7 days. Last thing I heard was that the Firestore was coming in 2 weeks... Ask for Lee Drady:
