Anyone hear any news of the HVX-900
im hearing like a $12,000 model with interchangable lenses?

i know something is in the works but it may be early on this one.
 
Close, but no cigar...

Surely something like the HDX900, but with P2 is in the works? But when will we see it? Oh well, wait and see. Are you coming to IBC again Jan?

I didn't say it was close but that is the only 900 in HD we have that is curreltnly shipping. There is a brother to that which will ship in January for around the same price which is P2 called the HDC2000. Final spec will roll out on this camera in October sometime. But as I said it will be in the $27,500 range, without P2 cards.

Unfortunately there is a show here in the US that I have to be a part of so I will not be able to make it to the IBC this year. I think Panasonic Europe is going to be doing something different than having a stand on the floor, don't know what but that is what I heard.
