I am getting my 200 A tomorrow and I am counting down the seconds. I was wondering which tripod stand would be the best. Manfrotto??? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I suggest you go a little higher end than the Manfrotto. Cartoni Focus has had good reviews. Miller and Sachtler are excellent.
I have a DV6SB. Pricey for a Noob, but honestly, worth it.
You get what you pay for - please, please avoid putting a $5000 camera on a $500 tripod. Look more in the range of $1200+. You risk more than crappy diagonal pans - you risk the camera falling forward or backwards.
Besides, people replace cameras before they replace tripods. Get the best you can afford.

Affordable tripod = Manfrotto/Bogen 501HDV tripod (Fake fluid = Teflon coated gears)
Better = Anything Satchler , Miller or Cartoni works for tripod/accessories
