HVX 200 720p 24pn footage mix with 7d footage?

Wondering if anyone can tell me the best way to mix the two together.

I shot a wedding with a 7d and hvx 200

If I wanted to convert 7d footage to hvx 200 what should I do and if I want to convert hvx 200 footage shot in 720p 24pn mode what should I do to match the 7d footage (which would be apple pro res 422)?

please help
