HV30 Users...

Hi Folks

i have a big question...

I recorded some HDV images with the HV30, but i want to do down convert to DV for capture in Final Cut... The camera HV30 have that possibility for do it from the camera?
(Down convert from the camera HV30) not in the Final Cut, i want do it before.

If you go to the "PLAY/OUT SETUP 2" tab in the playback menu, there is an option for DV OUTPUT. Set it to DV LOCKED. This will only send DV signals thru the firewire cable, meaning it will automatically downconvert any HDV footage.
