Deluxe all the way, the pistol-grip handle mount is great for adjusting the camera at any angle and it has a bubble balance on it. I would have regretted not having that flexibility after using it the indislider for the first 5 minutes I had it which was yesterday. It also comes with two legs which comes in handy when putting it on a flat surface. In desperate situations you can even put the slider on your shoulder and grab one of the legs at the end as a grip and shoot some pretty stable shots.

Can you move positions during the movement?
Or it is only for adjustment?

I have a ball head already, and a fluid head too, that I can attach.

Its almost double the price (and the tax and shipment will raise too), I want to make sure its worth it...

Well, it's not a fluid head but after just trying it out you could probably do some shots while it is unlocked with a steady hand. I like it because it can do do angles that a fluid head can't. This is much more than just a ball head but it's not a fluid head so don't expect that kind of movement from it. It different from both which just means I have another tool to use. It is actually made by Sunpak so maybe you can look it up to get a better idea about what it is.

I don't think the cheaper one comes with the legs either, does it?

Yep, you can always add the legs and pistol grip later. I still like the pistol grip better for adjusting the GH1 since all you do is grab that and squeeze the trigger and move it around, very quick to setup different angles and safer for the camera since you are holding onto the grip.
