HPX171/HVX201 USB drivers

[Gary Senda]

Are the drivers the same? I've the HVX201 drivers installed on all my PC's: must I install the HPX171 drivers that come with the CD or can I use the HVX drivers?

Thanks in advance

Gary

Should be the same; I don't think I ever updated the drivers on my computer when using the 170...

I have the HVX200E and when I try to connect the HPX171E by USB it won't connect. I tried to install the new driver's but 171E isn't an option, just the 170. The screen instructions are to then connect the camera but it won't recognise it.
