How would this combo work for an alternative solution for tapeless recording on cheaper CF cards than P2's (the P2 cards in cam can be reformatted repeatedly to allow recoridng using onely one COSTLY P2 cards) where as using cheap CF cards in AG-HMR10 for longer recording
 
Well, it could be done, of course. You could use the HMR10, or a NanoFlash, or whatever you want. You would be paying more money to get less quality, obviously, but if your economic analysis shows that $3,000 or $5,000 for an external recorder is a better way to spend your money than $2,000 for 128GB of P2, then go for it. If your workflow demands include handing off cheap SD or CF media, then this would certainly be a way you could get that workflow.
