how's my grading skills? Video inside

What was it originally shot on a canon dslr? And was it a sunny day that you darkened or was it already dark. I liked it but I like a darker look. Sort of gave a "Book of Eli" feel.

yeah it was shot on a 550. Mostly it was a dark day, the shot with the train and with poplar fluff are actually bright days, the train is around 1pm in June, the poplar fluff shot is during golden hour. Everything else is mostly overcast - that is, not counting the airport shots

oh, and when you say you like a darker look, what do you mean? can you show me examples?

You did a great job at grading it. One minor tidbit though, the opening shot with the people at the airport, did you intend for the contrast on them to be all 'heavenly' like or something? The contrast made it a little annoying to look at them and it just felt a bit off. Everything else however was superbly graded and it created a nicely dark and gritty feel.

I didn't intend for it to be overexposed on them, but I did intend the 'glare' that kinda falls on the seats (usually happens when you overexpose and tilt the camera down against sunlight)
