How to view 720pn footage on external?

I need to know how you guys are viewing 24p 720pn footage on an external monitor while editing in Avid. The footage plays out in the system just fine. I can view it on the computer screen- no problem.
I want to view on an external monitor.
I have a mojo and a Adrenaline and I can't figure this out. (I only get a downconvert option in 1080i)
I have both SD monitors and HD monitors.
How do I send any kind of signal to either monitor?
I asked this question in the Avid forum and no one seems to have an answer.

(I understand I can upgrade the Adrenaline ($7,000) to view HD material, but I can not afford that. I also understand I can patch in a $$$ HD Deck and monitor through that. I don't care if it's down converted to SD- I just want to view on a normal video screen- please tell me it can be done without spending much $$$.

as this thread was written ages ago...
i just wonder if anyone can answer it. i have the same problem with 1080i

my suite is MC 2.7.2 on a dual AMD Opteron with Nvidia8600 and 4G RAM
 
I'm pretty sure a P2 Gear can give you firewire pass-thru to an HD monitor. It's not an inexpensive piece of equipment but if you thought you'd want one for its other uses, this use might push you over the edge?
