How to Shoot Weddings

After doing video production for a number of years in my younger days - I was thinking of getting back into the game. I've had my T2i for a couple of months now. Seeing as how you really can't rely on a T2i to shoot continuously for more than 10 to 15 minutes at a time - how do you folks go about shooting a wedding with one (or two) of these? I assume it's got to be at least a two man job - two Canons and dedicated audio/shotgun? Thanks for the info.

When I shoot weddings I try to use 3 cameras. I stagger the recording every minute or 2 and let them go as long as they can. Having a third is nice in case one of the cameras overheats and needs to cool down for a minute. If you are using 2 cameras I would set one up on a tripod as a safety camera to cut back to and let the other one roam around and grab close ups. Then at the end of the ceremony I will grab all the inserts of candles, rings, ect.

For audio - I just set my mic up on a stand and let it record the whole time to a Zoom H4N. You can mic up each camera but the post workflow will be a little more time consuming.
