How to setup D7100 with Atomos Ninja 2 ?

Can someone help me. I have just bought a Ninja 2 and I cannot get the clean Hdmi signal. I always get with menu and I only see tutorial for the D800. The two don't share the same menu settings.
 
Pressing the "info" button repeatedly clears the screen. it's in the manual (HDMI in table of contents or via search in the PDF). (Which you can download from Nikon).

On mine I recall I still see the red AF box on the camera anyway - may have to turn off video AF in the menu to kill that.
