AC160 How to set system frequency to 50i

can anyone tell me how to change the default 60i factory setting to 50i in the menu so I can set my frame rates to 25p? I'm in the UK and have just bought the 160 and can't access the CD manual at the moment. Thanks
 
Thanks Aje, that did the trick. Recording at 25 fps at 1080i now. Brilliant. By the way, haven't noticed the AF hunting too badly. I'll test it out and post back.
