How to reduce digital noise in camera with Canon XH-A1

I am shooting video for work in a white room. I am setting exposure to blow out the white. I am getting digital noise that I want to reduce in camera. I have filters that will remove the noise but they greatly increase render times. Here are links to two videos.

These videos have not had any noise filters applied. I am using a Canon XH-A1. Are my exposure settings causing the digital noise or is this just something I have to deal with? I have five 750 watt lights on the back wall. There are two 1000 watt and two 750 watt lights on the subject.

Bring the gain down to -3 decibels and try out the PFvision preset if you haven't done so already. I really didn't see much noise there though.
