How to put together HDR timelapse?

I'm not sure if this is in the right place but I'm wondering if someone could help me out. I shot an hdr timelapse with magic lantern today, now I'm wondering how I put it all together. I have photomatix and final cut and photoshop if that helps. I shot it all with raw files from the t2i, so i would like to do some sort of color grading, is there any way to do them all at once in photoshop or something?

I don't do any HDR but I edit the stills pretty close in RAW, output to jpg, then put all my timelapses together in Quicktime pro, then do final editing in final cut..... don't know if that helps at all but I would think that you just add the HDR processing.
